Dr. Robert H. Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in biology and speech therapy from St. John’s University, which he earned in 1966. His pursuit of knowledge continued with a Master of Arts in Clinical Audiology from Columbia University in 1967. Dr. Baker furthered his education at Columbia University and the College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he completed his Doctorate and Post Doctorate in Clinical Neurotology and Neuroaudiology in 1977.

While his educational background is impressive, Dr. Baker’s journey in the field of appraisals is equally remarkable. In 1996, he was granted certification as a Personal Property Appraiser by the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. His dedication to professional development led to numerous additional certifications, including Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA), Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Certified Auctioneer Institute Graduate (CAI), and Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE).

Dr. Baker’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident through his completion of various courses in “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” over the years. He has also taken specialized courses, such as the “Fine Art- ISA Specialty Course” and the Core Course in Appraisal Studies.
